JOB DESCRIPTION

TASKS

  • Advise and consult the Board of Directors to identify and perfect corporate culture values
  • Directly participate in surveys and identify the current state of corporate culture;
  • Propose cultural values (intangible and tangible) on the basis of inherent values suitable to the new context.
  • Organize the compilation and standardization of corporate culture documents (Corporate Culture Handbook, Code of Conduct, Behavioral Standards, Cultural Standards Measurement Documentation, Corporate Culture Regulations…)
  • Organize training & propagate policies and regulations on cultural standards;
  • Develop plans and organize communication work, events (emulation movements, honoring individuals and groups…), working environment according to corporate culture;
  • Collect, record, update and preserve anecdotes, languages, rituals, typical publications, and historical events within the Group;
  • Supervise the implementation of regulations and corporate culture standards of the Group
  • Detect inadequacies when implementing corporate culture regulations
  • Synthesize reports and propose solutions to handle discovered inadequacies;
  • Come up with ideas for building and organizing internal events and collective activities to create cohesion among employees;
  • Make periodic or extraordinary reports as requested by superiors.

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications/ Age

  • Age: from 30 years old and up
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields

Experiences:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate culture work
  • Understanding of the constituent elements, principles of building and measuring corporate culture
  • Participate in building/supervising corporate culture in at least 01 unit

Competence:

  • Ability to draft cultural documents and corporate culture handbooks
  • Proficient in using design and film editing tools
  • Develop plans and deploy effective communication channels
  • Organize events and conferences properly

Personal qualities:

  • Ability to work independently, proactively and creatively
  • Eager to learn, with a progressive spirit
  • Careful, meticulous and responsible
